Three years ago our society is founded. During this time we managed to achieve a lot. First of all we have become National Affiliated Society (NAS) of European Society for Sexual Medicine (ESSM). As a result of this all members of Georgian Society for Sexual Medicine (GGSM) who would like to be at the same time a member of ESSM has a real chance to gain ESSM Travel Grant (800 EORO) and participate in the work of ESSM Annual International Congress on preferential terms to travel. Each year every member of GSSM-ESSM should pay through the GSSMr bank account annual fee 50 EURO and 20 GEL.

Many of our colleagues in 2013, 2014 and 2015 have already gained above mentioned travel grants from the ESSM and participated in Istanbul, Copenhagen and Madrid International Congress. In 2017 ESSM Annual Congress European Congress will be held in the wonderful French city of Nice.

In 2013, we held our first scientific conference in Tbilisi, which was attended by many of the doctor.

In 2015, also in Tbilisi, for the first time in history, our society has been organized by the International Scientific Congress: "Black Sea dimension of clinical sexology".

The fact that our society is focused on the problems of clinical sexology, does not mean that our ranks are united only MD sexologists. Our doors are also open to all who are interested in the field of Sexual Medicine as well as who are looking forward to doing scientific research. Together with MD sexologists we welcome e other MD (psychiatrists, gynecologists, urologists, endocrinologists, angiologists, nevrologiasts, masters and students if they want to have scientific activity in Sexual Medicine. We are also ready to open the door of our clinical psychologists interested in the issues of Sexual Medicine.
